Every client document, every expiry, one screen
Visas, Emirates IDs, work permits, trade licences, establishment cards and insurance for all your client companies. Reminders go out before the grace period ends, so nobody pays a fine your firm could have prevented.
What it does
- One list for all clients. Import from Excel; each client company sees only its own documents.
- Reminders at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days by email and WhatsApp, to your team and, if you choose, to the client.
- Fine exposure shown in dirhams for anything already past its grace period, with the official source.
- Your brand. Clients see your firm's name and logo, not ours.
- You confirm every date. The tracker never guesses or changes a date by itself.
